Report a problem

If a tool does not work as expected, please tell us:

• which tool you used and what you were trying to do,
• what happened instead (the exact error message helps a lot),
• your device and browser, for example “Windows 11, Chrome” or “iPhone, Safari”.

Please do not send us confidential documents. If a specific file causes the problem, describe it (type, size, number of pages) or send a sample that contains no personal data.

Suggest a tool

Missing something you need regularly? Tell us which task you want to do and how you do it today. Many of our tools were added because someone asked for them.

Questions about how we handle data are answered in our Privacy Policy, and you can also contact us at the address above. Please note that we cannot see, restore or delete files you processed with our tools — they never reached our server.
